Privacy policy

Last updated: 14 September 2026

ENYWORK SARL takes great care to protect the information that schools, parents and pupils entrust to it. This page explains, in plain terms, what data is collected on the website optsolution.school and on the OptSolution School platform, why, for how long, and what your rights are.

In short. We neither sell nor pass on any data. We store no bank card numbers and no mobile money PINs. One school's data is never used for another school. You may at any time request access to, correction of or deletion of your information.

1. Who is responsible for processing

ENYWORK SARL, Unit 6B8, Immeuble Ancienne Galerie Présidentielle, Gombe, Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo (RCCM CD/KNG/RCCM/23-B-02783, Nat. ID 01-J6100-N46076G). For any question about your data: contact@optsolution.school.

2. The website: the "Subscribe with no commitment" form

When you fill in this form, we collect your school's name, the city, the enrolment range, the level, your name, your position, your phone number, your email address if you provide it, and your message. This information is viewed only by ENYWORK's sales team. It is not passed on to any third party.

3. The OptSolution School platform

Once a school has subscribed, the platform processes, on that school's behalf, the data needed to manage fees and school life: the identity of pupils and their parents, class, fee status, payments and receipts, attendance, notices. The school remains responsible for this data ; ENYWORK hosts and processes it according to the school's instructions, never using it for another institution or for advertising purposes.

4. What we do not do

5. Cookies and audience measurement

This website uses no cookies and no third-party audience measurement tool (no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel). To know how many people visit the site and from where, we carry out an in-house, anonymous traffic measurement : the browser generates a random identifier (unrelated to your identity), and we record the page viewed, the referring page, the approximate country and city, the device type, the browser, the language and the time spent. The IP address is never kept: it is used only to infer the country and city, then replaced by a fingerprint that changes every day. Your browser's "Do Not Track" signal is honoured: if it is enabled, nothing is measured. This data is kept for 13 months and then deleted.

The platform uses only the browser's local storage, which is essential for logging in and working offline; none of it is used for advertising purposes.

6. Security

All exchanges are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as hashes, never in plain text. Access is restricted according to each person's role (management, accounts, secretariat, parent, pupil). Backups are made every night and kept separate for each school.

7. Hosting and transfers

Data is hosted on servers administered by ENYWORK SARL [specify the hosting provider and country]. No transfer to a third party takes place other than to licensed payment operators, strictly for carrying out payments.

8. Your rights

You may ask to access the data concerning you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to its use. For data processed on the platform on behalf of a school, please contact the school's management first; we help them respond to you. In all cases, write to us at contact@optsolution.school : we reply within 30 days.

9. Minors

Pupils' data is entered by the school, under its responsibility and with the consent of parents or guardians. A pupil can neither pay nor change anything: their access is read-only.

10. Changes

This policy may evolve with the platform. The update date appears at the top of the page; significant changes are announced to client schools.
